All packages ship via the United States Postal Service. Expedited options are not available. We do not currently ship international.
We think you'll love your new LTL gear, but on the off chance you aren't completely satisfied, we do accept returns that are unwashed, unworn, in brand new condition with tags attached and in original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, all returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, and customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned item(s).
Final sale, samples, gift cards, accessories (hats & drinkware) and items with a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for return.
Items purchased with a credit or debit card are refunded to the original form of payment.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the mentioned requirements or it will be subject to denial. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
